According to Netizens & Industries Insiders, the rumored Galaxy Z Flip FE and Galaxy Z Flip 7 will come with the Exynos Processor to cut costs. The Snapdragon Chipset is expensive but can be managed in a similar range to the Exynos Processor.

The Popular microblogger Jukanlosreve posted a leak on its Twitter handle saying both of the Flip devices from Samsung will render with the Exynos Processor, respectively Exynos 2400e & Exynos 2500.

Exynos 2400e

The Exynos 2400e is a 10-core SoC that is built on 4-nm, technology featuring highly efficient performance. It has 1 core of Cortex-X4 at 3110 MHz, 2 Cores of Cortex-A720 at 2900 MHz, 3 cores of Cortex-A720 at 2590 MHz, and 4 cores of Cortex-A520 at 1960 MHz.

This processor already appeared with the previous flagship phone Galaxy S24E already established a best performance phone in the market by Samsung. With a Base clock speed of 1.96GHz and a Max Clock Speed of 3.11GHz, this processor is a beast in the mobile market but can this work also be good in flip phones?

Exynos 2500

The Exynos 2500 is rumored to be a 10-core System on Chip (SoC) from Samsung, anticipated to deliver flagship-level performance. According to the rumors, it features 1 core of Cortex-X5 running at 3200 MHz, 3 cores of Cortex-A730 at 2500 MHz, 2 additional cores of Cortex-A730 at 2500 MHz, and 4 cores of Cortex-A520 at 2200 MHz. With a base clock speed of 2.2 GHz and a maximum clock speed of 3.2 GHz, the Exynos 2500 aims to provide optimal performance in Samsung smartphones.

However, the processor is in progress, and have not revealed the official architecture so the original specs may be changed from now & we will fix them when it is officially revealed.

What to Expect with Galaxy Z Flip FE and Galaxy Z Flip 7?

This year Flip was launched with the Snapdragon SoC which was featured as one of the best Flip Phones in terms of display, performance, Camera, etc, but Exynos has also a competitive performance and Samsung doing it for the cost-cutting, so we can expect the similar performance but same or below the line price category.
