The Samsung One UI 7 is almost on the door and will start rolling out next week for a few selected devices in the first wave. This new update is set to come with new AI features and many significant improvements in hardware and software.
Apart from these, Samsung is pushing new customizable features for the lock screen, homescreen, and even on the App icons driven by AI.

The important thing is that Samsung is rolling out the update by region. The biggest market will get the update first, and the rest of the regions will also get the update with a 1 or 2-day delay. You will get the update notification in the panel or the Software Update settings options.
One UI 7 New AI Features
First of all, the One UI 7 will land in the phone with the Android 15 Os update, so older devices which doest not have support for Android 15 will not get the One UI 7. Here we have new AI-driver features that are included in the One UI 7 Update-
- AI Select: This Feature allows users to save video files as GIFs by swiping the edge panel. This is seriously good features, no you do not have to go to download app or do it with browsers, now you can convert your video into GIFs in just swiping.
- Writing Assistants: These will help users to summarise the text from the Messages and Documents, Also, you can format that text by yourself.
- Drawing: When you draw a sketch, the new AI features will enhance the sketch and also fill the real-like colors in the sketch. Below, you can see some examples of users drawing a bee in beginner style while AI converted it into a professional sketch and also filled the real-like colors inside them.
- Background Sound Remover: The new AI features will help you to remove unwanted background noise from your audio.
Also, one of the notable features improved in this update is now Call Transcriptions, which is supported in more than 20 international languages, including Hindi, with less word-jubbling. Not only that, the new Google Gemini AI supports make it easier to work via Voice commands.
Apart from that, the new Galaxy S25 Series is also expected to come with the One UI 7 Update with a brand new but optimized Exynos Processor that match the every needs for a flagship smartphone.
The Galaxy S24 Series has the Snapdragon Processor in a few regions, but now the next model is expected to set back to Exynos Processor
